Lovely little semla. Bread was excellent, nice taste to the cream and the right amount of crunch to the almond paste. The paste wasn't too sweet at all, almost a little caramelised, but at times it wasn't quite powerful enough to break through taste wise and disappeared amongst the cream, bread, and cardamom. 39kr.
