I had high expectations for this one, and they were mostly met - it's really good but could be even better! The bun has a nice touch of cardamom but isn't quite doughy enough for me.

The almond paste was really interesting. Very sweet but salted and garnished with roasted almonds. I had one nut that was a bit over-roasted and bitter, but generally i really liked the idea. Also really like the circular-cut lid!
