The bun was nice, but didn't have enough cardamom in it. The almond paste was a bit too sweet, although it did have finely chopped almonds in it. As a result of the triangular hole for the paste, it was really easy to get a combination of bun, paste and cream on the first bite. Overall, a nicely presented semla.
