Too much cream and too large generally. A Large round lid combined with the quantity of cream made it awkward to eat. The almond paste was quite ok, real nuts - but again too much. A mini-version would probably get a 4 - and last year I did give this semla a 4, but at the same time mentioned it had a little too much cream. It tastes good, but they need to cut back a bit on the cream, so this was a 3 - but the green pea soup with prawns and boiled egg was fantastic! .
