Old school semla, but a little bit left behind compared to some of the other bakeries around in Stockholm nowadays.

The cream was nicely piped but a bit too much, and it was the second bite before I hit the almond paste (despite tactically choosing my start point to maximise my chances!) The almond paste itself was sweet with some bits of chopped almond in but lacked character. For the price of, you get more bang for your krona elsewhere.
