Dalarö Bageri

I think this is the first season that they've sold Semla at Dalarö Bageri in Enskede - at least it's the first time I've noticed them for sale!

It's a traditional semla with a lovely triangular lid and a nicely baked bun with a good amount of cardamom. The almond paste isn't anything special though, with no noticeable chunks of almond - almond grains at best.

The cream was thick and well piped, keeping its structure even after a short while at room temperature - but there was too much of it.
