2021 season review
In 2020 I gave it 4.5/5. In January this year I gave it 4.5/5. Now at the end of February....?
Those previous two were both takeaways. I asked myself in January; what was needed for this semla to be a 5?Well, this was my first BAK semla eaten at the bakery, and I couldn't think of any way it could be improved. It was exceptional, adorable, and gorgeous - full marks!
